We implement a 360 degree field management approach and this is discussed andagreed with our client prior to commencing any activation. The process is as follows;

Field supervisors manage the team and monitor all aspects of the activation.
Mystery shoppersteam to check on supervisors and the team members to ensure compliance and alignment with project objectives.

Reporting line: Brand Ambassadors to supervisors, supervisors to Taglinks team and then to Agency top team. Finally to Client – daily report Agency top team to check on the teams periodically.

Agency does internal report review before reports are sent to the Client. Bimonthly reviews are held with the Client to analyze and evaluate the project. If there is need for an emergency meeting, the Client will be notified immediately.

We also ensure that we interact (report) daily with regional personnel (client) in order to address any immediate concerns.
